Compliments and complaints
Saffron Care Homes recognises the importance of feedback, including complaints, with regard to improving customer service delivery and business practice. The company is committed to ensure that all feedback is reviewed and corrective action put into place where deemed appropriate. Saffron care homes believe that if a service user wishes to make a comment, register a complaint or pass on a compliment, they should find it easy to do so. It is the company’s policy to welcome comments, complaints and compliments and to look upon them as an opportunity to learn, adapt, improve, and provide better service. This policy is intended to ensure that complaints are dealt with properly and that all comments and complaints made by service users, their relative and care workers, are taken seriously.
